AI-based 3D object generator for XR applications
The project aims to develop a multimodal software module that will allow the generation of textured 3D mesh models from 2D images or text.
3Dify
Automatically Turning 2D Human Images into Animated Customizable Avatars with Emotions
This sub-project aims to design, develop and test 3Dify, a user-friendly and open-source web application to empower end-users to effortlessly convert 2D images into realistic 3D avatars requiring no technical skills in 3D modelling.
ALIVE
Avatar Liveness for Intelligent Virtual Empathy
ALIVE aims to develop Empathic Virtual Assistants (EVAs) for customer support use cases. EVAs will be capable of recognising, interpreting and responding to human emotions, by applying state-of-the-art Deep Learning (DL) algorithms for vision, text, voice and wearable-based emotion recognition.
LANGSWITCH
Multilingual Automatic Speech Recognition in noisy environments
This sub-project proposes an automatic speech recognition solution in the form of a web-based module, with an accessible API that exposes the necessary functionalities to be easily integrated in XR systems and different business software.
